idWorx! WAWF Manager

WAWF Manager provides contractors with a high speed direct electronic access to WAWF, thereby eliminating the delays and slow response involved in using the WAWF website. Some suppliers haven't had the newest mandates, such as UID and RFID, imposed on them and although they don't have to do UID or RFID yet, they are looking for alternatives to submission of shipments through the WAWF website.

The WAWF website is a common way of submitting shipments to the DoD, but it does have some limitations that can be frustrating to users. One common frustration expressed by contracting administrators is that the website can occasionally be very slow and unresponsive. This can make the round-trip time needed for multiple points of the shipment data entry especially troublesome. Additionally, the user is required to enter in the same data for a contract for each shipment.

All of these problems together can add to the delay of payment for contractors. WAWF Manager allows a contractor to enter the information for a contract just once. Shipments are created and automatically populated with the contract data that has already been established. Upon creation, electronic submission to WAWF is as simple as three clicks of a button.

WAWF Manager is also easily upgradeable to the full version of idWorx!. Upgrading is as simple as purchasing a new license key which can be entered into the software. There is no need to perform additional installations as entering the correct license automatically unlocks all WAWF Manager client installations.
