We launch a separate browser when linking to third party sites. Third party sites accessed via our web site should have privacy policies governing their collection of personal information, the terms of which will govern their collection of personal information. InfinID Technologies has no control over the privacy policies of third party sites you access and thus cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise regarding a third party's collection or use of your personal information. Occasionally on our web site you may have the option of downloading applications, such as those provided by Macromedia or Adobe, naturally when providing information to them as part of that process their privacy policies will govern.

Children's Privacy (Age 13 and Under)

InfinID Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If personal information is inadvertently obtained from a child it will be deleted as soon as possible after it is discovered. If a parent or legal guardian discovers that InfinID Technologies has personal information received from or regarding a child, we will delete it as soon as possible after notification from the parent or legal guardian.
