Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and at least 2 years of professional experience (no exceptions). Working knowledge of developing for the MS platform using C# and Visual Studio is required as the candidate must hit the ground running.

Candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and should be able to conceptualize solutions to complex problems and transform them into elegant software design. The candidate must be organized, diligent, and capable of excelling in all phases of the software development lifecycle—including testing. The ability to excel in a startup environment and work with other team members, customers, and partners to facilitate the software development process is also a requirement.

Experience with traditional object-oriented development techniques and relational database technologies is required. Working knowledge of advanced concepts such as service-oriented architecture, aspect oriented programming techniques, and GoF design patterns are a plus. In addition to designing our core product, this position will require you to participate in our strategies for build process, release and version management, compiled help, and Xml API documentation and installer creation.

Knowledge of RFID standards and solutions, supply chain, logistics, asset tracking, warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial. Additionally, experience with large retailer or Department of Defense business practices including knowledge of EDI and AS2 is also highly desirable.

Working knowledge of developing for the .net MS platform using C# and Visual Studio is required as the candidate must hit the ground running.

In addition to developing our software applications, the candidate will be engaged in installation and integration projects at client sites. Good troubleshooting skills are mandatory for installation and integration projects in order to adapt to each client's unique environment. The ability to give presentations, provide training, and interact closely with clients as part of our professional services team is essential. The candidate must also be willing to travel as client locations range across the nation. Knowledge of existing ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, Siebel, or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Software Sales Account Representative

InfinID Technologies Inc. is based in Pasadena California, and is the industry leader in developing software solutions for companies under RFID and UID labeling compliance mandates set by the Department of Defense. Due to our rapid growth we are currently seeking an Account Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business to Business sales to Department of Defense Contractors
• Give professional internet and on-site product presentations
• Generate new business while maintaining customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales quota goals and objectives
• Generate a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts for weekly sales meetings
• Maintain an accurate ACT Database of customers and leads

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years relevant software industry experience
• A proven record of successful software sales experience is a MUST
• The ability to make effective sales presentations, and to sell to Fortune 2000 accounts
• Experience in calling on "C" level executives
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics, warehouse operations and bar code / RFID labeling a plus
• High interest in technology and the drive and ability to learn new products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products

This is a home office based position. First year earning potential at quota is $100K ++.
