InfinID Technologies’ Rapid Asset Deployment System (RADS) Solution uses a revolutionary new way of tracking the movement of a single or multiple high value assets. RADS allows you to monitor laboratory equipment, high value tools, essential files, and any other item with an easy-to-use automatic checked-in/check-out using RFID technology.

Swiping an ID card and walk through an RFID portal with the assets. The RADS solution is a simple easy-to-use interface which promotes maximum equipment check-in and checkout efficiency. The RADS Solution also triggers an alarm notification (flashing light, buzzer, e-mail alert, text message alert) if an individual has assets that have not been checked-out while passing through the portal.

V-TAG™
Extend your network with tag-to-tag networking.

The InfinID Technologies V-Tag™ is a compact RFID tag originally designed for tracking medical items during shipping. It may also be permanently affixed to items to provide full lifetime asset tracking. It has a range of sensors for monitoring temperature, humidity, shock, battery level and acceleration. Other sensor options such as tag location, motion, pressure, light levels, strain and vibration are available on request.

The InfinID Technologies V-Tag differs from almost all other RFID tags on the market today because it incorporates tag to tag networking. Most existing RFID tag systems require each tag to send a periodic message directly to a central gateway. In contrast, with V-Tag tag to tag networking, the tags can relay messages from tag to tag to reach distant gateways, reducing the amount of infrastructure needed for deployment. This gives substantial advantages in terms of overall system cost, efficiency, range and robustness.

The V-Tag comes in two models. The compact V-Tag model 100 uses a small replaceable battery and has a lifetime of 60 days with 3 minute reporting, increasing to 365 days with 30 minute reporting. The larger V-Tag model 200 uses a bigger replaceable battery and has a lifetime of 9 months with 3 minute reporting, increasing to 5 years with 30 minute reporting.
